Townhall II is looking to make additions to our client-centered counseling staff. We desire applicants who have experience providing assessment, individual counseling and facilitating treatment groups. Case Manager
The Case Manager empowers Townhall II clients struggling with mental health and substance use disorders, allowing the client to take charge of their own life’s direction and gain sustainable independence. Case managers work with clients and their families to promote clients’ holistic well-being by gaining access to rehabilitation, health and wellness programs and other community services. Case managers are matched with clients from a variety of referral sources and carry a caseload of no more than 30 clients at a time.

Crisis Intervention Specialist I – Overnights
The Crisis Intervention Specialist I (CIS I) provides crisis intervention services to callers on both our local Crisis Helpline and 988 suicide prevention lines. CIS I’s also answer contract lines, providing services using procedures set forth by each contracted agency. Townhall II offers a training tier process enabling CIS I’s the opportunity for internal promotion from $17/hour to $20/hour with growing education and experience within the first year of employment. This particular position is for overnight shifts (12 – 8 a.m.) as needed for call offs. After the initial in-person crisis intervention training is completed, this role can work from home on a regular basis. Call volume on this shift is typically low and there is always a supervisor on-call for consultation.
