Townhall II is looking to make additions to our client-centered counseling staff. We desire applicants who have experience providing assessment, individual counseling and facilitating treatment groups. The Case Manager empowers Townhall II clients struggling with mental health and substance use disorders, allowing the client to take charge of their own life’s direction and gain sustainable independence. Case managers work with clients and their families to promote clients’ holistic well-being by gaining access to rehabilitation, health and wellness programs and other community services. Case managers are matched with clients from a variety of referral sources and carry a caseload of no more than 30 clients at a time.

Emergency Services Program Manager
This well-established position (53 years and counting) empowers Crisis Helpline callers in emotional distress, promoting holistic well-being by overseeing day-to-day programs and activities. Oversight includes supervising Crisis Intervention Specialists, the Crisis Helpline Training Coordinator and volunteers, while performing administrative duties required for daily operation of the Helpline. This position is funded by ongoing intact dollars that are not impacted by federal or state fiscal cuts.
